Well, surprise—it’s not.

My Story Began With Helping Others

Back in 1998, I offered free consulting to nonprofits. I launched a site using Microsoft FrontPage called NonprofitExpert.com. Because I kept answering the same questions—about fundraising, boards, and grants—I put everything online to help more people, and it worked.

Although I never planned to monetize it, the content ranked high on search engines. Eventually, companies began asking to advertise. Then, a nonprofit software company offered to buy the site. After selling it, I retired from consulting but stayed involved with nonprofit work.

A New Mission, Years Later

Fast-forward to today. I’m older, maybe wiser, and once again building a site to serve others. This time, I aim to share my knowledge on creating and managing wealth wisely. Because life is short, I want to pass along the lessons before the runway ends.

With the help of my friend Dylan, I’ve spent a year building Millionaire Services. He taught me a few tips and tricks about WordPress and helped me turn a big idea into reality. Although it’s been hard work, it has been worth it. We both have joked that this has been like eating an elephant one bite at a time.
