Early Faith and Struggles
I became a believer in Jesus Christ at a young age. Through high school, college, and adult life, I have drifted back and forth. I often struggled to stay close to God. My sinful nature makes me think I can handle life alone. But deep down, I know I need Him. I know my life depends on Him!
The Purpose of This Website
This website exists to help people find success. It offers information to guide others on their journeys.
However, all of this information is useless without one anchor. That anchor is the truth of Jesus Christ.
He died on the cross for our sins. Through His sacrifice, we gain access to God the Father.
This truth secures eternal life in heaven for believers.
Understanding Eternal Life
Eternal life is difficult for us to understand. We only know life and death on earth. Yet, eternal life is a life without end. It is also hard to grasp the role of the Holy Spirit. Christ gave us the Holy Spirit as our helper. He walks with us daily here on earth.
The Need for God’s Word
I have been stubborn and ignorant for years. To truly know God, we must turn to Scripture.
The Bible is the one true source of knowledge. It reveals who God is and who Jesus is.
Only His Word provides the guidance we need.
Psalm 1 New International Version
1 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.
3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.
4 Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6 For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.
