What’s Next God?

01-06-2026

I don’t know about you, but I am not the most patient person in the world. But fortunately, I do have enough sense to understand that God’s timing is perfect. I have to learn to wait, read more of His word while trusting that if I seek, I will find. (Matthew 7:7-8). There is so much to learn. No doubt, I have let sin hold me back from a closer relationship with God. But today and every day is a chance to start anew. To ask for forgiveness and to seek His face.

As you live your life, you hit certain milestones every decade. Oh, wouldn’t it be great to have the understanding of a sixty-year-old at age twenty! But life does not work that way. You have to suffer lots of bumps and bruises along the way. Likewise, we all tend to make the same mistakes over and over. Being stubborn isn’t a good attribute to hang on to.

Change is not easy, but it is necessary if you want to move forward rather than stay stagnant. I pray that 2026 will be a year of change for me and that I understand I am clay in the potter’s hands. (Isaiah 45:9) (Romans 9:20-21).
